ME Bank have joined the Bank of Queensland (BOQ) family today, creating a genuine banking alternative powerhouse.
Importantly, the ME brand, people, operations and presence will be retained under BOQ’s multi-brand strategy, and both banks are committed to retain their common customer-centric ethos and values.
Day-to-day, you shouldn’t really notice a change. ME Bank will still be operating as ME Bank and as part of the BOQ family they see significant opportunities to further streamline and enhance the customer experience.
There will be no change to ME Bank’s customers’ home loan arrangements, nor ME’s broader product and service offerings.
